Application
Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate is firm, clean, dry and free from contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, old paint and loose materials.
Mixing
Slowly add powder composition (B) to liquid composition (A) in a clean container and mix. Use a forced mixer or perform mechanical mixing in a clean bucket with a drill and paddle. Until a homogeneous, lump-free condition is achieved. Stirring time: 3 minutes.
Application
Before waterproof application, the substrate must be fully wetted to saturation with clear water, but there shall be no visible water. Apply the mixed YHCoat-1000 in one direction with a stiff brush, roller, or broom. After the first coat is hardened, apply YHCoat-1000 for the second coat in the direction perpendicular to the first application direction.
Curing Treatment
Protective measures must be taken to avoid rapid drying when applied directly under sunlight and high wind conditions.
Tool Cleaning
All tools and application equipment shall be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened/cured material can only be removed mechanically.
