Substrate Preparation:

The surface to be coated must be firm, dry, clean, flat, and free from loose material. Ensure that the moisture content of the surface is below 10% and the pH value is below 10. For best application results, use together with Wallbelle putty and Wallbelle Microlight Alkali-Resistant Anti-Mildew Sealing Primer.

Application Method:

Dilution: Stir thoroughly before use. For optimal application results, when applying by roller or brush, water equivalent to 10%-20% of the paint volume may typically be added. Do not dilute this product with more than 20% water by volume, and stir evenly after dilution. The dilution ratio may be adjusted as appropriate according to application workability. When applying deep or vivid colors, keep the dilution ratio within 5% by volume or do not dilute, and increase the number of coats as needed until a satisfactory result is achieved.

Drying time: Touch dry: 60 minutes; hard dry: 2 hours, based on a 30-micron dry film at 25-30°C. Allow an interval of at least 2-3 hours between coats, based on a 30-micron dry film at 25-30°C. Actual drying time will vary with temperature and humidity.

Theoretical coverage: 11-14 m2/L per coat, based on a 30-micron dry film. Paint consumption may vary depending on the roughness of the actual application surface and the dilution ratio.

Precautions:

• Do not apply in damp or cold weather, such as when the substrate temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity is above 85%, as the expected coating performance may not be achieved. Use in a well-ventilated area. If work must be carried out in an enclosed environment, ventilation equipment must be installed and appropriate protective equipment must be used.

• Wear safety goggles and gloves during application.

• If splashed onto skin, wipe off first and wash thoroughly with warm water and soap. If accidentally splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

• If accidentally swallowed, drink warm water, do not induce vomiting, and seek medical attention immediately.

• Keep the container upright and out of reach of children.

• Maintain good ventilation during application and drying, and avoid inhaling paint mist during application.

Transportation and Storage:

Store sealed in a cool, dry warehouse at 0°C-35°C. Protect from rain, direct sunlight, and frost. Avoid excessive stacking height.

Under normal conditions, if unopened and properly stored, the product has a shelf life of up to 24 months.
