OYH and CIDB Holdings Strengthen Partnership

OYH and CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. signed three MoUs at OYH’s Beijing headquarters to advance collaboration in building material standards, testing, and vocational training.

During the visit, the CIDB Holdings delegation also toured OYH’s R&D laboratories and OYH Technical Training Academy to learn more about OYH’s research, testing, and professional training capabilities.

The three agreements cover collaboration in quality assurance, laboratory capability development aligned with ISO/IEC 17025, and workforce training and certification pathways for waterproofing and mortar applications in Malaysia.

The partnership represents a further step in OYH’s regional development, expanding collaboration from product supply toward standards alignment, testing capability, and professional skills development in Southeast Asia.

OYH signed three MoUs with CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in Beijing on Aug 26–27.

The agreements focus on:

• Standards alignment and building-material testing

• Laboratory capability development aligned with ISO/IEC 17025

• Certified training for construction workers in Malaysia

This marks a step from product export toward standards alignment and capability building in Southeast Asia, with a focus on building quality and durability across the sector.
